3. Service Fees

Our service fees are separate from and in addition to government processing fees. Service fees are non-refundable once application processing has begun. Government fees are paid directly to the U.S. Department of State and are subject to their refund policies.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Upload clear, legible copies of required documents
Respond promptly to requests for additional information
Review all information before submission
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Application Processing

Processing times are estimates and may vary based on government processing times, application volume, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific processing times or approval of applications.

6. Rejection and Resubmission

If your application is rejected by the government, we will assist with resubmission at no additional service charge. However, you may be responsible for additional government fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

PassportServices.US is not liable for:

Government processing delays or rejections
Errors in information provided by you
Changes in government requirements or fees
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PassportServices.US and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your personal information, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Termination

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

PassportServices.US will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile network operator.
